I am an experienced writing coach for students who are developing their college application profile; I help them identify strengths and insights from experiences and passions and turn them into effective essays.
I am a proofreader and editor focused on education and social issues. I am particularly aware of potential pitfalls in writing for international audiences, having worked on communications for Fortune 500 companies through my research company.
As an educator, I speak the language of schools and am up-to-speed on education innovation. I am also deeply aware of the issues pertaining to technology, AI and student use of these tools.
In a sense, I am a generalist with passions but am also able to distill complex text into understandable chunks. As such, I write for a general audience.
