Attending ACES 2024 San Diego in April? Are you going to be in the area? 

ACES is hosting an in-person workshop, an Ask the Editing Experts Roundtable, on Wednesday, April 3, the day before the conference begins. The session will be held from 2–4:30 p.m. at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, the conference hotel.

Please note: This workshop is not part of the ACES conference schedule. ACES members receive a discount.

ACES Academy

ACES Academy offers training for editors through webcasts in a dynamic digital platform. Webcasts are free for ACES members. They're hosted by an editing expert on the third Thursday of every month. 

Presenters are paid $200 per webcast. Interested in hosting an ACES webcast? Submit a proposal.

Poynter ACES Certificates in Editing

ACES has teamed up with The Poynter Institute to offer ACES members a three-part editing certificate that sets the industry standard for communications professionals who want to improve their editing skills. These certificate programs are available on-demand and are offered at a significant discount for ACES members.
