Each year ACES recognizes editors who have made a significant contribution to our field. They may be educators who have taught generations of editors their craft; working editors of exceptional skill; or managers who are strong advocates of editing and mentors for their staff.

The Richard S. Holden Diversity Fellowship is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion by advancing early- and mid-career professionals in their work as editors and aspiring industry leaders. The fellowship will award three winners up to $3,000 each.
The ACES Education Fund now offers six awards to students each year: four scholarships of $1,500 each, one of $2,500 and one of $3,500.
