I followed a love for learning to the Department of State. As a Foreign Service Officer, I delved into a wide variety of topics, including economic and trade issues, emerging technologies, counterterrorism, energy, and transportation, among others. This experience was terrific for honing my research, interviewing, reporting, and close listening skills.
I’ve also maintained a strong interest in sustainable agriculture, local food systems, and travel. After earning a Diploma from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, I segued into copywriting for the food and beverage industry.
