My life-long joy of reading just about anything, from cereal boxes to classic stories, has given me that thrill of being captured in a book. I want to help you to give that thrill to your next reader.
I am a trained copy editor and proofreader with intuitive skills for manuscript evaluation/beta-reading, and am eager to collaborate with all writers and authors to help them create their best work in nonfiction, including memoir, and fiction. I trained to become a copy editor because I love words, their power, and their ability to transport.
I use professional level communication skills with a respectful, positive, and direct writing style, with constructive comments and suggestions. My favorite feedback came from a published author: "she's direct, but not brutal."
