Greetings! I'm an independent copy editor / copywriter with over 15 years of experience, working for a wide variety of industries and media. My specialty is copy editing marketing and website/blog content, and creating clean, intriguing copy.
I love to learn — and that's not just a line, I truly do! Happiness requires curiosity, and I'm always striving to push myself out of my comfort zone and try new things. I have been blessed with some wonderful long-term clients who have faith in my ability to solve problems and deliver just what they need.
Research is an important skill, and I love to research. "Write what you know" is old, tired advice. Better: Write what you want to know, and know where to find it.
I'm known for my dry sense of humor, out-of-the-box thinking (it's harder to stay *in* the box!), problem-solving skills, and love of history and period drama.
