As an avid reader, I always abhor finding completely avoidable errors in my favorite stories: the witch who had a staff is suddenly using a wand! The heroes heading to Floradale suddenly end up in Florindale! "Where was their editor?" I wonder.
I want to make sure the kind of mistakes-in plot, continuity and, yes, grammar--that trip up readers and pull them out of the story do not happen in your work of art. I live in north Alabama with my husband and three cats (Henry, Louise, and Jefferson Twilight.) We live the quiet and satisfying lives of two nerdy introverts who work from home. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, playing the piano, singing, playing JRPGs, Tabletop gaming, and (of course) reading.
