Fiction, nonfiction (theology, medicine)
I have more than 20 years of editing experience, including fiction (historical fiction a specialty but I like all kinds!) and nonfiction (especially theology and medicine). I'm well versed in several styles whether Chicago, Turabian, or AMA. I'm a stickler for grammar - I was diagramming complex sentences when I was ten. (This may not seem important, but it is.) I'm also the author of four novels, three of them historicals. (Two have won awards.) I know how tough it is to write, to write well, and I'm sensitive to the pressures. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Humanistic Studies, Theater - minor in Music - and a Master of Divinity degree.
