Middle grade and YA fiction
I have a Ph.D. in English–in Victorian children’s literature–and experience in developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading. I have spent time editing middle grade and YA books at all stages and have several NYT bestselling authors on my client list. I have also worked as a copyeditor for academics in several fields, and as the assistant editor of an academic journal. I am also on the freelance copyeditor and proofreader rosters for several major publishers. In addition to my regular editing work, I am continually taking courses to sharpen my skills and broaden my knowledge.
