For the last 15 years I have acquired a wealth of editing and publishing experience in a multitude of industries. I primarily work as a government editor, writer and proofreader. I work heavily in substantive editing, as well as on complex foreign affairs monographs written in academic style utilizing Chicago Manual of Style. Prior to my current position I worked on a magazine for the Department of Defense for the U.S. European Command. Before diving into government work, I worked as a public relations and communications director for a local bar association. While there I won American Bar Association awards for my work on their regular magazine publication for members. I am always looking for new opportunities. Would truly enjoy a full-time remote work position.
