I am a highly sensitive introvert who believes in the power of vulnerability to foster connection and belonging. Sharing stories is how we connect with each other; it's how we find growth and healing. My love for reading and language learning has led me to a career in editing where I am able to help writers share their stories. I am particularly passionate about stories of human transformation--how the world changes us and how we change the world.
I provide line editing, copyediting, and proofreading services for books and other creative writing projects. My educational background is in language learning, and my early career started in corporate marketing departments where I excelled as a proofreader. In 2021, I attained a certificate in editing, started my own editing business, and shifted my focus away from corporate communications to more creative projects like contemporary fiction and memoir.
I’m interested in working with forward-thinking writers who are passionate about sharing their experiences, and I am dedicated to increasing diversity and accessibility to publishing--the voices of people of color, members of the LGBTQIA community, and the disability community must be amplified.
