I am an experienced content editor and writer with expertise in finance, investments, and business topics. I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and (now inactive) CPA. My value-add to the publications process is a direct product of my past practice experience. A former portfolio manager and tax manager, I pivoted to publications about 20 years ago and never looked back. My move into publications began as editor of CFA Digest and CFA Institute Conference Proceedings. In the intervening years I edited for many of the most recognizable names in the finance and investments industry and for several of the most well-read practitioner journals. Over the last eight years I was content editor for all publications and marketing content for Research Affiliates, a global leader in smart beta and asset allocation. While at the firm, Rob Arnott and Cam Harvey, in particular, kept my pencil sharp, tirelessly testing my market knowledge. I was honored to edit Cam’s recent book, DeFi and the Future of Finance.
