I am an editor and a lawyer. I prioritize creating efficient, effective, and compelling prose.
During my fifteen-year legal career, I have accumulated extensive editing experience while collaborating with attorneys, judges, and experts in the fields of law, finance, insurance, engineering, and all areas of medicine, from hospital administration to medical device design. I am proficient in Bluebook and Chicago, and I am able to adeptly apply house and judicial style guides.
In September 2023, I earned a Certificate in Copyediting from UC San Diego, Division of Extended Studies. I also hold a JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law (2008) and a BA in American Studies from Dickinson College (2004).
