I have more than 40 years' experience copyediting magazines (in-house and online), newspapers (in-house), newsletters (online) and fiction and nonfiction books (remote). After I retired from the newspaper business, I started JML Copyediting in order to continue to offer professional copyediting services on a freelance basis. I am particularly interested in subjects that deal with spiritual and personal growth; current social, political, and humanitarian issues; memoirs; and works of fiction. I thoroughly enjoy helping new authors prepare their manuscripts, fiction or nonfiction, for submission to a publishing company or for self-publication..
