I have worked in publishing for almost 30 years. I was a copy editor at marthastewart.com, where I edited literally thousands of recipes; as a freelance cookbook editor I have edited dozens of cookbooks. I also worked at American Health for Women, a health and fitness magazine that was owned by Reader's Digest. There I became proficient at editing fitness pieces so the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. I am a certified yoga instructor and health coach as well.
