Hello, authors! I provide proofreading and copyediting services to writers of fiction and nonfiction. I have recently finished proofreading the fourth installment in a series of Western novels, a self-help book, and a collection of short stories. Whether you are a seasoned author or a novice, I’m looking forward to working on your next project.
I live in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, where I provide freelance copyediting and proofreading services. I started my business, iProof-It, in 2017, proofreading undergraduate and graduate-level papers, business correspondence, legal documents, journal articles, and websites. I found my niche copyediting and proofreading manuscripts, and I haven’t looked back.
I am a 2000 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and hold a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in technical writing. I have worked as an in-house proofreader for several print and publishing houses, including The Brandon Group (Jeannette, PA), R.R. Donnelley (Pittsburgh, PA), JP Enterprises (Lawrence, PA), and Merrill Corporation (St. Paul, MN). I’m currently working on my first YA novel.
