The second time a friend sent me a galley for recreational proofreading, I knew I needed to make my editing hobby into a livelihood. I'm a writer/editor/social media manager at Minnesota Public Radio's The Current, and I've also worked as a freelance writer and editor for 5+ years. My day job has made me an expert in popular music — it's "N.W.A," not "N.W.A." — and my other interests lie in history, travel, memoir, food, and beyond.
