ACES refund policies vary depending on the service.
- In-person conferences and other training programs
ACES will refund individual conference registrations up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference, minus a $75 administration fee. Refunds are made to the credit card on which the registration was paid. - Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing programs

ACES does not refund:
- Virtual trainings such as webcasts and other virtual sessions.
- Virtual conferences.
- Membership dues.
- Donations.
ACES does not transfer registrations or memberships to other individuals, except existing seats in a Corporate membership.
