Working with Reingold’s consultants and digital health specialists, the candidate will produce and manage the submission of capability statements, proposal content, and past performance summaries that align with pitch and response strategies; prepare pricing, negotiate pricing with input from senior management; and coordinate meetings on go/no-go and strategy decisions. The proposal writer’s responsibilities include the following:
Schedule, track, and manage digital health proposal meetings and deliverables.
Coordinate pitch and proposal development from a go/no-go decision through outlining, writing and gathering content, and submission.
Scour RFIs and RFPs for make-or-break requirements — contracting vehicles, size standards, deadlines, contacts, page limits, format, attachments, notarizations, and delivery specs.
Identify and communicate to the team resource needs for proposals and capability statements.
Identify, gather, and tailor existing copy or write new copy to respond to the requirements of prospective partner agencies, RFIs, and RFPs.
Collaborate with our design team to create proposal graphics, charts, and tables.
Review final proposals to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
Update and keep track of proposal language.
Track and update past performance information.
Use Excel to create pricing templates that are compliant with RFPs.
