Hi there! We’re InHerSight, a company that uses metrics and surveys to measure how companies treat working women. Our users log in to rate attributes of companies they’ve worked for—how flexible their work hours are, their maternity and adoptive leave policies, salary satisfaction, management opportunities, you get the idea.
Right now, we’re looking for freelancers to write more about these topics for our blog. We’re open to writers from all backgrounds and industries who can weave together both real-life experience in the workplace and journalistic reporting.
We’re accepting both interest inquiries and pitches. Pitches should include a human element. (ex. “I’m a woman who quit my job. Now my career is thriving.” or “This female entrepreneur is changing the face of the restaurant industry in Anywhere, U.S.A.”)
