The Director of Program Design and Delivery develops and manages FOX’s learning programs end-to-end. Reporting to the Managing Director, Knowledge Center (“KC”), this key team member is responsible for the strategy, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of all FOX programs for US and International markets.

In addition, this individual is an education champion who will recruit and manage speakers/influencers, and develop innovative and entertaining educational formats and content. The ideal candidate will identify, create, and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external influencer relationships to fulfill enterprise-wide program, content, and marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish speaker ecosystem of SMEs, members, and industry leaders
• Lead and execute program content development and project management to ensure relevance and (when applicable)
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and influencers

Ideal Professional Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of association-based education, educational event management or wealth management experience
• Proven experience and skills in collaborating using a flexible style of collaboration up and down the organization with key stakeholders
• Experience in environments where business and learning meet
• Experience in the ultra-high-net-worth wealth industry and/or a consulting firm a plus
• Active listening skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage audiences
• Proficiency with computer applications including MS-Office suite and meeting event technologies (Zoom, Cvent)
• Ability to be strategic, but also complete operational tasks from start-to-finish with a focus on quality and educating others about the process
• • Effective presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills
• Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects across the organization with tight and overlapping deadlines with other programs
