Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Five (5) years related experience.
The Senior Specialist Editor is responsible for implementing and delivering a comprehensive quality assurance process that spans the entire Marketing organization, resulting in projects and materials that are high quality, on time and within budget, thus helping to ensure Company and Marketing strategic and ARC goals are successfully met.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. Research a wide range of topics to prepare background information and ensure factual accuracy 2. Rewrite copy for various platforms including web, print, email, news releases and multimedia 3. Edit and proofread all marketing materials for style, usage and brand compliance 4. Create, maintain and distribute the Gulfstream stylebook 5. Develop and present department-specific quality workshops 6. Facilitate selection of and work with quality champions representing each Marketing department 7. Serve as a partner and leader in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance process 8. Manage multiple, deadline-driven projects and jobs Perform other duties as assigned.
