I'm a professional copy editor and content reviewer / reviser / rewriter. For the last 20+ years, I've worked with all types of scholarly, academic, technical, scientific, and creative writers, assisting with brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing and proofreading. I enjoy helping writers of all levels with the writing process, from brainstorming to publication and every stage in between. I taught English at the University of Kansas for 13 years, where I also earned my doctorate in English. I have extensive experience editing and proofreading fiction and non-fiction—including novels, essays and poetry—as well as revising scholarly papers, book-length manuscripts, class notes and course content. I've also helped numerous writers get their manuscripts ready for publication for the last 10 years.
