As a partner in Tandem Editing LLC, I specialize in working with nonprofit staff using words to change the world. Past projects include publications on health care and health disparities, global health, education, food policy, community organizing, parent education, environmental stewardship and policy, international development, arts and arts administration, and social services.
I offer 15 years of experience editing academic writing and for writers whose English is not a first language; precise attention to detail; and a commitment to clear and respectful communication. My primary areas of interest are in social science, the social sector, and social science fiction. I also copyedit and proofread speculative fiction for independent and traditional publishers.
