I am an editor and proofreader with more than 15 years of experience. My focus is nonfiction--with an emphasis on business, healthcare, and marketing/advertising.
My love of the written word dates back to second grade when I started to write a mystery about the disappearance of my elementary school. Although my parents lost this obvious masterpiece, my love of words and communication never left me.
With an MBA from The George Washington University (with an unofficial focus on marketing) and certificates in editing, medical editing, and writing, my continuing education efforts strengthen my ability to convey my client's messages clearly and concisely.
I am a member of the San Diego Professional Editors Network (SD/PEN), the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA), ACES: the Society for Editing, and the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
