I am a technical writer and editor with more than 13 years of editing experience. I deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines and often complete multiple assignments simultaneously. I have experience with and excel at editing multiple styles of writing, developing process efficiencies, and working both independently and as part of a team. I have edited materials for Federal, State, and local government agencies, as well as private-sector audiences. Currently, I manage a team of editors and oversee the quality assurance process of deliverables and proposals.
I previously worked in journalism for a news wire service. I managed a team using web-scraping technology to harvest content for a national wire service, and edited that content and contributed to the development of a classification system to categorize that content. I also have experience meeting with subject matter experts and providing customer service to vendors.
