I have worked in publishing for more than 10 years, spanning both editorial and production and have been freelancing for the last 5 years on subjects as varied as medical journals, law reviews, marketing materials, dissertations, course materials, and a linguistics encyclopedia. My clients have included graphic designers, professors, students, John Wiley & Sons, and Oxford University Press.
In addition to my years in academic publishing, I earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in writing for children from Simmons College. I have extensive experience reading and critiquing young adult and children's literature.
