I'm a Scottish editor with a global portfolio. I work mainly on English Language Teaching materials but enjoy a diverse range of non-fiction subjects. I have a keen interest in content marketing and I am the marketing director for the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).Before training to be an editor, I had a long and happy career as a chartered physiotherapist in the National Health Service.I teach for the CIEP and Publishing Scotland, and I co-host The Editing Podcast with fellow editor Louise Harnby.
