I am also an experienced finance and risk professional, and have worked across the spectrum of finance and financial services and at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where I served as the Director of the Office of Risk Assessment.
In working with clients, I have written and edited a wide range of content, including research reports, policy papers, new product descriptions, firm-wide risk policies and procedures, RFP responses, business plans, professional books and articles, and presentations to raise capital.
I focus on all aspects of writing and editing, including content, style, and organization.
I have a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago (with General Honors).
I participated in the pilot course for the University of Chicago’s well regarded Academic and Professional Writing Program developed by Professor Joseph M. Williams, who wrote Style: Lessons in Clarity and Grace. I also participated in the revision of the book for its 13th Edition.
