I use MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs (in addition to various proprietary software), and have experience working within authoring tools and various content management systems. Other skill sets I offer to my clients include strong research and organizational expertise, fact-checking, and HTML knowledge.
