With the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff in mind, and after much discussion, we have made the necessary decision to move the ACES 2021 National Conference to an online event.
We hope you continue to join us for future conferences and are looking forward to seeing everyone in San Antonio in 2022.
Information about the online conference will be available in early 2021. Watch your email and the ACES website for details!
We are committed to providing full refunds to all who registered, and we will begin issuing those refunds on Monday, Dec. 14.
If you would prefer to transfer your registration to the 2022 conference in San Antonio, we’ll be happy to do that. Or, if you would like your registration fee to go toward educating the next generation of editors, it could be donated to the ACES Education Fund. For either of those options, please email info@aceseditors.org by the end of the day on Friday, Dec. 11.
If you would like your registration refunded you do not need to do anything. You can expect the refund to appear within 7-10 business days beginning Monday, Dec. 14.
