Michelle Waitzman has been self-employed since 2014, and last year more than 80% of her income came from long-term clients. Michelle is a writer, ghostwriter, editor and plain language trainer who works mainly with businesses, associations and specialty publishers. She is also the author of three non-fiction books and is currently writing another. Before her writing and editing career, Michelle worked first in TV production and then in corporate communications. She lives in Toronto, Canada just a couple of blocks from the shores of Lake Ontario with her husband and two mixed-breed dogs.
