Cancelation Policy 

A full refund of the registration fee will be honored if the request is received no later than March 1, 2022. A refund request must be received by email. Any registration cancelations received after March 1, 2022, will not be eligible for a refund.

In lieu of canceling, registration may be transferred to another person up to March 18, 2022. All transfer requests must be made by email.

Refunds will be made to the credit card on which the registration was made. If this is not possible, a refund will be made by check.

Anyone who has registered for the San Antonio conference and tests positive for COVID on or after March 15 and before they arrive on-site at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, will be eligible to receive a full refund of their conference registration fee after submitting proof of positive COVID PCR test and a request for refund via email.

We ask anyone who is symptomatic prior to arrival to refrain from attending to minimize risk of spreading COVID to other attendees. No refunds will be issued after March 30, 2022 as attendees will travel at their own risk.
