Call for Volunteers

ACES EVOLVE 2023 would not be possible without the support of our sponsors and volunteers. Volunteer opportunities for Conference Room Monitors and General Session Greeters are open now.

You must be registered to attend ACES EVOLVE 2023 to volunteer.

Room Monitors and Conference General Session Greeters will be critical to making our conference run smoothly and providing a seamless experience for both the session presenter and the attendees.

Volunteer time commitments are generally 1.5 hours for Room Monitors, and 1 hour for Conference General Session Greeters.

Room Monitors will assist:

• Greet and get presenter settled in room-Welcome attendees at the door
• Redirect attendees once room capacity reached
• Record headcount of attendees

Conference General Session Greeters will assist:

• Welcome attendees and usher them into the room to get seated so the session may start on time

Volunteers will be expected to attend a brief orientation at the Hyatt Regency on Wednesday, March 22. The time and location will be emailed to the volunteers.

You may sign up for up to three volunteer opportunities.
