We are now accepting submissions to be considered for the 2022 national conference. ACES encourages diversity in panels regardless of topic.
If you submitted a session proposal for a previous conference, we encourage you to resubmit your session for consideration.
ACES is looking for sessions that focus on all aspects of editing, including but not limited to book editing, news editing, freelance editing, academic editing, and corporate editing.
ACES has been the nation's premier editing conference since 1997. Expect to see all types of editorial professionals: copy editors, proofreaders, substantive editors, and writers; academic editors, fiction editors, and medical editors; editors who specialize in marketing communications, magazines, and textbooks; professors who teach editing, and managers who oversee the work of other editors, and more!
We hope you will consider submitting a session to present at #ACES2022. On the proposal, please be sure to indicate whether you are interested in presenting in-person, virtual, or both!
Submit your session by completing the form using the link below. Submissions are being accepted through August 31.
