Ar. Apurva Bose Dutta is an author, award-winning architectural journalist, curator, and editor based in India. Her professional journey of sixteen years has seen global collaborations with multimedia publication houses, firms, organisations, and educational institutions affiliated with architecture, design, and building in India,  the UK, the US, Spain, Italy, Indonesia, Singapore, Karachi, and Canada.  Apurva explores her academic background (B.Arch, India; Diploma in freelance journalism, UK)  in diverse roles. She writes and curates architectural design content, conducts discourses for various communication channels, is a professional orator, holds training workshops and masterclasses, and offers consultation for academic and professional industry initiatives.

Apurva has been recognised for her pioneering work in architectural design writing and focussing on increasing the subject’s visibility in India. Her current initiatives also include her present engagement with conceptualising, curating, mentoring, and conducting a certified six-week online course on architectural design writing

She has been invited by the Australian and Finland Governments to represent the Indian delegation in International Media Visits of Architectural Writers in Melbourne (2016) and Helsinki (2018). An Advisory Board Member of the official journal of ARCASIA, the international organisation of 21 countries, Apurva is also a member of the committee overseeing the media endeavours of the Council of Architecture of India. She is the author of ARCHITECTURAL VOICES OF INDIA: A Blend of Contemporary and Traditional Ethos (2017, published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK).
